The stirrer maintains a constant temperature on its heating plate while the motor beneath drives a rotating magnet to create a magnetic field. This field causes the stir bar (magnetic flea) inside the container to rotate, ensuring thorough mixing and heating of liquids for efficient chemical synthesis.
